This little pup looks like she really wants to come with us, but we have no more room in our doggy pad. See that lady standing by the door? She said she's going to sell the puppies for P50 each. The Secretary had planned to have our neighbor's two dogs spayed since last year, but never got around to it because our neighbor wasn't cooperative. Now there are 7 potential addition to the never ending list of unwanted dogs in our neighborhood.
